Plains Game Trophy Hunting

Melton Wold Safaris offers you exclusive hunting at some of South Africa's most renowned hunting destinations. Our base camp is Melton Wold. A farm situated in the heart of the Karoo, on more than 10 000 hectares of land. The farm has a strong "fountain" where game abounded  in the earlier days, making it an ideal hunting area for bushmen. Hunters will travel to various destinations throughout South Africa. The destinations will depend on the particular trophy requested by the client. 

The hunts will include trophy hunting with rifle, bow, black powder and culling. We recommend that the hunter take his trophy from its natural habitat. The hunters will be taken to eco-zones varying from sub-tropical to semi-desert all of which are malaria free.

We pride ourselves in offering our clients top-class professional service from the hunt to the taxidermist.
