Hunting Safaris and Bow Hunting in Africa TERMS & CONDITIONS

DAILY RATES INCLUDE: First class accommodation and gourmet dining, which include three meals per day in the hunting area. Highly qualified, professional guides. Services of camp staff, skinners and trackers. All field preparation of the trophies. Daily laundry. All transport during the hunting period in the hunting area. All soft drinks, wine and malt and alcoholic beverages if used in moderation. Pickup and return to Airport. DAILY RATES EXCLUDE: All accommodation before and after the contracted safari. All International, National and charter flights. All firearm and ammunition rentals. All trophy fees. All shipping and dipping of the trophies (Taxidermy and export). All personal expenses such as curios, gifts, gratuities to staff, etc. Please note: TERMS OF BUSINESS: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total daily rate is transferable on confirmation of booking. The balance of the daily rate is payable on arrival in South Africa. Final payment payable at the end of the safari by travelers cheques or cash in US$. Daily rates are applicable from date of arrival, to date of departure from African Bushmen Safaris, irrespective of activity. LIABILITY: While ensuring all reasonable care and precautions for the safety of clients, African Bushmen Safaris accepts no responsibility for any illness, accident, death, acts of God or loss arising from any cause whatsoever, nor any expense arising wherefrom. All clients are required to sign an indemnity prior to the commencement of the hunt (legal requirement in South Africa). We recommend an all-over insurance policy prior to your departure for South Africa. MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS: Personal medication must be brought with on Safari. If required, hospitals and doctors are usually within 60 kilometers or 2 hours reach from the hunting areas. The professional hunter is qualified to administer First Aid if required. It is the responsibility of the client to inform African Bushmen Safaris of his or her medical condition, allergies and preferences. Hunters are advised to take anti-malaria medication when going to malaria areas (please consult your local doctor).
